Objective: To explore effect of decreasing blood lipid by mappianthus iodoies flavone in rats model.Methods: We selected sixty healthy male SD rats,which were randomly divided into six groups: normal control group(NC),model control group(MC),positive control group(PC,simvastatin group),low dose group of Mappianthus iodoies flavonoids(MIF1),middle dose group of Mappianthus iodoies flavonoids(MIF2),high dose group of Mappianthus iodoies flavonoids(MIF3).After 6 weeks,absolute diet 12 h,the rats of blood samples were drawn from orbit and it was collected to detect serum total cholesterol(TC),serum triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),12 weeks after feeding,absolute diet 12 h,get blood from heart,serum,centrifugal separation measure serum SOD,MDA content,test the content of T-AOC.Results: Mappianthus iodoies flavonoids can decrease lipid of lipidemia rats,which are TG,TC,LDL-C,MDA and improve HDL-C,SOD and T-AOC.Especially compared with the NC group,the level of TG,TC,LDL-C,MDA in MC group was increased,and HDL-C,SOD,T-AOC level was decreased in rats fed high fat diet(P < 0.05),and then the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the treatment groups were decreased,and HDL-C levels were increased(P < 0.05);MIF group,which are compared with MC,TC,TG,LDL-C and MDA level significantly decreased and HDL-C,SOD,T-AOC level increased significantly(P < 0.05).Conclusions: Mappianthus iodoies flavone may improve the level of SOD,T-AOC and decrease the level of MDA to decrease lipid.Objective: To discuss the effect of atherosclerosis rats blood lipid and atherosclerosis flavonoids from mappianthus iodoies.Method: 60 SD male rats,random allocation,feeding high fat forage,building atherosclerosis rats model while giving drug intervention.In accordance with the provisions to each groups,six weeks after the treatment,fasting 12 h,side take blood eyeball removal method,separation of serum,testing serum total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C);continue to high fat feed and,after 12 weeks,10% chloral hydrate anesthesia state,culling heart blood,serum,with ELISA method for the determination of nitric oxide(NO)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),and separation of the thoracic aorta formalin fixed,preparation of pathological section.Result: Compared with NC group,the MC group TC,TG,LDL-C,AI,LDL-C/HDL-C significantly increased,VEGF decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Compared with MC group,MIF can reduce the As rats serum TC,TG,LDL-C and increased HDL-C level,which can improve the AS related factor to the concentration of NO,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),high dose of MIF can improve the correlation factor of VEGF concentration,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Centering Mappianthus iodoies flavonoids have fall hyperlipemia,adjust the NO and VEGF releasing,and preventing atherosclerosis formation.
