Epidemiological Investigation Of Hyperuricemia And Research On TCM Constitution Of A Large State-owned Enterprise Worker In Shenyang City

Purpose:Hyperuricemia is a disease of purine metabolic abnormality,uric acid generate too much or discharge reduced,causing the level of serum uric acid too high,also a basic disease of gouty arthritis.To study the prevalence of hyperuricemia in young and middle-aged of Shenyang,analysising the related risk factors of hyperuricemia,exploring the physical constitution of traditonal Chinese medicine of patients,laying a solid foundation for the future prevention and treatment of young and middle aged hyperuricemia in a combining traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine way,therefore we do this research.Material and method:The object of study extracted from 1297 workers of biw assembly workshop in physical exanination from September,2016 to December,2016.Using questionnaires to collect data of epidemiology,According to the Traditional Chinese Medicine constitution classification and decision criteria,classifying selected cases into constitutions,to explore the distribution and physical index of the Traditional Chinese Medicine constitutions.Using SPSS17.0 to deal with the data,analysising the distribution of physical index and usage of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,using Logistic Regression analysis to study the related risk factors of hyperuricemia.Results: 1.216 cases of hyperuricemia,prevalence tare is 16.95%,the patients were all men,age ranging from 32.77 to 3.91,blood uric acid rangin from 515.85 to 69.93 micro mole per liter.2.The distribution of the Traditional Chinese Medicine constitutions: 47 Phlegm-dampness constitution caeses,68 Damp-heat constitution cases,63 Blood-Stasis constitution cases,38 peace constitution cases.3.43 cases used Traditional Chinese medicine treating hyperuricemia,19.9% share in all patients.29 cases used western medicine to treat hyperuricemia,13.4%share in all patients.4.High purine diet(OR=1.737,OR95%CI:1.153-2.615),triglyceride(OR=1.258,OR95%CI:0.966-1.638),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(OR=1.811,OR95%CI:1.390-2.358)with significance in Logistic Regression analysis.Conclusion:1.It is a rising trend in young and middle aged hyperuricemia patients of a large state-owned enterprises in Shenyang,and shows early oneset characteristics.2.Damp-heat constitution is the main Traditional Chinese Medicine constitution.3.Hyperuricemia patients prefer using Traditional Chinese Medicine treating disease.4.High purine diet,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol are the risk factors of Hyperuricemia.
