Systematic Review Of Clinical Efficacy Of The Therapeutic Method Of Tanyutongzhi For Coronary Heart Disease Angina Syndrome With Phlegm And Blood Stasis

Objective: This study aims to evaluate the clinical effects of the therapeutic method of tanyutongzhi on coronary heart disease angina syndrome with phlegm and blood stasis and to reveal the advantage drugs and formulas law for the treatment of the disease.Method: Meta-analysis,inverted funnel chart analysis and sensitivity analysis were performed by using RevMan5.3 software.The prescriptions were analyzed by traditional chinese medicine inheritance support system(TCMISS), which were used in treating coronary heart disease angina syndrome with phlegm and blood stasis.Result: The results of meta analysis showed that the effective rate of angina pectorisel, electrocardiogram(ECG), TCM syndrome and the levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) in the experimental groups are higher than control groups(P<0.05).the levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),the whole blood visco sity high shearing, the whole blood viscosity low shearing, plasma viscosity,hematocrit, fibrinogen(Fib) in the experimental groups are lower than control groups(P<0.05). The inverted funnel plot analysis showed that the possibility of publication bias exists in the ECG efficacy index,TCM syndrome curative effect index and blood lipid index.The sensitivity analysis showed that conclusions between two different statistic analysis models is to be similar. Banxia and danshen are two drugs which were used the most frequently in treating coronary heart disease angina syndrome with phlegm and blood stasis after the analysis of prescriptions for the disease. Meanwhile, five new prescription were produced in the process of research.Conclusion:The result of this systematic reviews showed that the therapeutic method of tanyutongzhi is safe and effective to treat coronary heart disease angina syndrome with phlegm and blood stasis.It is important to distinguish the degree of lay particular stress on phlegm and blood stasis in treating coronary heart disease angina syndrome with phlegm and blood stasis, and the unobstruction should be paid more attention.It also provides important scientific basis and direction for the selection of drugs and prescriptions to the treatment of coronary heart disease angina syndrome with phlegm and blood stasis.
