Analysis Of TCM Syndromes Of Primary Cancer And Metastatic Cancer Of Hepatic Malignant Tumor

Purpose:To analyze and discuss the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of primary liver cancer and liver metastasis.Material and method:Cases of hospitalized patients in Department of Oncology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2014 to December 30,2015 were collected.By retrospective study,Microsoft Excel software is use for statistical data of the number and the frequency of symtoms and signs of liver malignant patients,of which there are 34 cases of primary carcinoma and 30 cases of metastatic carcinoma.SPSS17.0 statistical softwareis used for analyzing the results of Microsoft Excel software and K-means clustering analysis.Results: 1.Accordig to inclusion and exclusion criteria,64 cases are included;34 cases of primary carcinoma of liver,including 27 males and 7 females;30 cases of liver metastasis,including 18 males and 12 females.2.Main symptoms and signs of the 34 cases of primary carcinoma of liver are striny pulse,red tongue,abdominal distension,tongue with yellow greasly fur,lump,abdominal pain,edema of lower extremities,distending pain in hypochondrium,big abdomen,yellowing of body and eyes,constipation,bitter taste in mouth,etc.Main symtoms and signs of the 30 cases of liver metastasis are thready pulse,lacking in strngth,abdominal pain,anorexia,stingy pulse,lumpabdominal distension,diarrhoea,marasmus,edema of lower extremities,hematochezia,yellowing body and eyes,etc.3.Symptoms of the 34 cases of primary carcinoma of liver are clustered as:14 cases of liver depression and spleen deficiency,9 cases of accumulation of water and heat,6cases of toxic heat,and 5cases of stagnation of liver Qi.Symtoms of the 30 cases of liver metastasis are clustered as:13cases o liver depression and spleen deficiency,7 cases of Yang deficiency and water overflowing,5 cases of stagnation of heat,and cases Yin deficiency and toxin accumlation.Conclusion :1.TCM Syndromes of primary malignant tumor of liver cancer of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,accumulation of water with hea,stasis accumulation and stagnation heat,stagnation of qi due to depression of the liver.TCM syndrome of cancer metastasis are mainly liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,syndrome of water over-flowing due to YANG-insufficiency,accumulated heat being dispersed,yin deficiency and toxic aggregation.this thesis also provides a reference for the designation of normative standards of TCM syndrome types of liver metastasis.2.Malignant tumor of liver primary carcinoma and metastatic carcinoma with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency are in the majority.Primary liver edema showed water heat stasis,constant heat syndrome,liver metastases in Yang pan water,with the majority of deficiency-cold syndrome,jaundice appear cancer as stasis,constant heat certificate for the majority,yin deficiency and toxic aggregation cancer expression of liver metastasis,with the mostly of deficiency heat syndrome.3.The traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of primary malignant tumor and metastatic carcinoma of the liver are mostly intermingled deficiency and excess,the majority of the primary cancers are solid syndrome,and the metastatic carcinoma is mainly deficiency syndrome.
