TCM Syndrome Differentiation And Drug Co-occurrence Analysis Of Psoriasis Vulgaris

Purpose:Through the relevant literature of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,summarize the medical information related to explore the rule of TCM treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:Statistics of TCM treatment of psoriasis vulgaris in Chinese How Net and VIP database from 2003-2017 above the domestic authority database and the Provincial Traditional Chinese medicine journals and TCM colleges 2003-2016 Master graduate thesis,collected data 94 articles,involving 201 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.Microsoft Excel and SPSS17.0 software were used to establish the data sheet,to analyze the rule of TCM syndrome and medication,and to summarize the TCM treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Results: The TCM syndrome differentiation frequency is mainly blood heat type,blood stasis,blood dryness,blood deficiency and wind dryness,were 45,43,38,22times;viscera syndrome differentiation frequency for liver and kidney yin deficiency,wind heat invading the lung type,spleen dampness,respectively 5,3,3 times.The frequency distribution of tongue color is mainly red tongue,dark tongue,pale red tongue,respectively 66,34,29times;the frequency distribution of tongue is mainly yellow fur,thin fur,greasy fur,were 63,53,42times;pulse frequency distribution is mainly the number of pulse,thready pulse,slippery pulse,string pulse,respectively 59,42,39,31 times.Single drug use frequency of 50 times more than 10 kinds of drugs,including radix rehmanniae,radix paeoniae rubra,Radix Angelicae sinensis,Radix Glycyrrhizae,radix salviae miltiorrhizae,Radix Arnebiae,tuckahoe,Cortex Moutan,dittany bark,honeysuckle;classification of drugs is mainly used antipyretic,tonic medicine,blood stasis;advanced medication mainly in heat drugs;stationary phase mainly blood stasis;paracmasis mainly replenishing drugs.Conclusion:1.psoriasis vulgaris type is mainly blood stasis,blood heat and blood dryness type;viscera syndrome differentiation is mainly the liver and kidney yin deficiency,wind heat invading the lung type,spleen dampness;2 psoriasis vulgaris main tongue color red tongue,dark tongue,light red tongue;major the tongue has yellow fur,thin fur,greasy fur;several veins,veinlets,pulse string pulse mainly;therapeutics of 3 psoriasis vulgaris is the most frequently used antipyretic,tonic medicine,blood stasis,single drug use frequency of 10(from high to low)in Radix Rehmanniae red peony root,angelica,liquorice,radix salviae miltiorrhizae,Radix Arnebiae,tuckahoe,Cortex Moutan,dittany bark,honeysuckle;4 psoriasis vulgaris in the drug use frequency is the most important,antipyretic medicine;5 psoriasis drug use frequency and the stationary phase It is blood stasis,tonic,antipyretic,with blood stasis;6 psoriasis vulgaris paracmasis drug use frequency is the most important tonic,blood circulation,antipyretic,tonic drugs.
