| Objective:to preliminarily evaluate the efficacy of TCM topical drugs in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris through literature analysis,and to find the current TCM topical drugs for psoriasis vulgaris and their combination rules through data mining,so as to provide effective candidate drugs for further exploration or development of effective TCM topical preparations.Method:literature was collected from domestic databases and Meta analysis was performed using Revman 5.3 software.CNKI,SonMed(CBM),VIP,Wanfang databases were used in the literature collection from January 1,2008 to December 31,2018.The retrieval strategy was mainly formulated from three aspects of “disease(psoriasis)”,“intervention measures(such as traditional Chinese medicine)” and “research type(such as randomized controlled trial)”,and was included in the clinival randomized controlled study of external use of TCM in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Qualitative or quantitiative synthesis analysis was conducted according to the Cochrane Handbook 5.1.0,and statistical analysis was conducted using software.In addition,Excel was used to analyze the medication law of TCM topical treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,including the medication frequency statistics,frequency and category of prescriptions,and the medication method of application methods.Results:1.A total of 1905 related literatures were obtained by searching the databases and manual retireval.After the inclusion and exclution criteria screening,49 literatures werefinally included in the system evaluation,and 31 of them met the requirments of Meta analysis.Meta analysis results showed that external use of TCM for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris had a significant effect,and the effect of combined use of traditional Chinese medicine for external treatment was better than NB-UVB alone,western medicine alone and oral treatment of traditional Chinese medicine alone,with statistically differences.After senstivity analysis of different design quality,relatively consistent results can be obtained,indicating that the research conclusions can be applied.In the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with NB-UVB irradiation,the adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than that of NB-UVB alone(OR=0.36,95%CI[0.27,0.49]);There were no significant difference in other subgroups.Thelong-term curative effect of external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine is better than that of western medicine alone(OR=0.27,95%CI[0.13,0.58]).Due to the absence of secondary index data in some of the included literatures,the long-term efficacy of the remaining subgroups could not be evaluated.2.According to the inclusion and exclution criteria,a total of 196 related literatures were obtained,and 204 prescriptions were prepared.In the treament of psoriasis vulgaris by exteral application of traditional Chinese medicine,the core of six herbs in the prescription are Sophora flavescens(57.14%),Dictamnus dasycarpus(46.57%),Salvia miltiorrhiza(36.27%),Angelica sinensis(36.27%),Radix astragalae(35.78%),and Phellodendron amurense(32.84%).It includes heat-clearing medicine,blood-activating and blood-stasis removing medicine,tonifying medicine,decontamination medicine,wind-dispelling and dampness removing medicine,anti-insect and anti-pruritic medicine,hemostatic medicine,water seepage and hygroscopic medicine,etc.In clinical treatment,the TCM bath(54.38%),TCM ointment(15.21%)and TCM fuming treatment(11.06%)are most commonly used.Conclusion:the analysis results indicate that external use of TCM in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris has a good effect,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.In the treament of psoriasis vulgaris by exteral application of traditional Chinese medicine,the core of six herbs in the prescription are Sophora flavescens,Dictamnus dasycarpus,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Angelica sinensis,Radix astragalae,and Phellodendron amurense.The most commonly used treatments are TCM bath,TCM ointment and TCM fuming treatment. |
