Study On The Characteristics Of TCM Syndromes In Diabetic Hemodialysis Patients

Objective:To observe the difference between the diabetes and the non-diabetes undergoing hemodialysis.To Find out the difference between diabetes and the non-diabetes undergoing hemodialysis in TCM syndrome varieties?Quality of life and Hemodialysis sufficiency.To disscuse the rule of TCM syndrome in diabetes undergoing hemodialysis.To Provide theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine in the field of hemodialysis.Method:To survey all the people who are undergoing hemodialysis in dongzhimen Hospital and beijing Hospital of traditional Chinese from March 2017 to August 2017.89 patients were divided into two groups by with diabetes(39)or without diatetes(50).All the patients are treated with general symptomatic treatment.Our questionnaire is made up of general information?traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scale?the quality of life scale and laboratory tests.And last we analyze the indicators' difference between the diabetic and non-diabetic group by T-text?Chi-square test or correlational analyses.Results:There are no difference between diatbtic group and non-diabetic group in age?sex and dialysis time(P>0.05).Yin-yang deficiency syndrome is the mian syndrome of dialysis patients.Diabetic group have more TCM scores than non-diabetic group in syndrome of qi deficiency of spleen and kidney and yang deficiency.Diabetic group have more people in syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney than non-diabetic group.The quality of life scores of dialysis patients fluctuate from 38.43 to 96.86.The phosphorus?parathyroid hormone?serum creatinine?urea nitrogen?Kt/V?URR and CaP in diabetic group is lower than non-diabetic.There are no diffrence between diatbtic group and non-diabetic group in quality of life.The pass rate of blood pressure in diabetes group was higher than that in non-diabetic group.The blood pressure in diabetic group is higer than non-diabetic.The pass rate of blood phosphorus in diabetes group was higher than that in non-diabetic group.The pass rate of serum albumin and calcium in diabetes group maybe was lower than that in non-diabetic group.On the correlation of TCM syndromes:The syndrome of qi deficiency of spleen and kidney patients is older than Yin-yang deficiency syndrome patients.The symptom scores in syndrome of qi deficiency of spleen and kidney are lower than yin-yang deficiency deficiency.In diabetes group,There was a significant correlation between blood phosphorus and yin-yang deficiency deficiency which related coefficient is 0.056(p<0.05).Conclusion:The main syndromes in patients receiving hemodialysis is yin-yang deficiency deficiency.There is a sigificant diffence in TCM syndromes between diabetes group and non-diabetes group.The patients receiving hemodialysis with diabetes are more seriousness in syndrome of yang deficiency than without diabetes.There are no diffrence between diatbtic group and non-diabetic group in quality of life.Patients receiving hemodialysis with diabetes have poor dialysis adequacy.Age?quality of life and laboratory test results have effence to TCM syndrome.
