| Objective:Through the establishment of the database of Guizhi Fuling pill,Dahuang Zhechong pill and Biejiajian pill,the law of the clinical application of the disease is summarized,the similarities and differences between the three prescriptions in the treatment of tumor diseases are discussed,which will broaden the research ideas of the modern application of the three prescriptions.Methods:1 To search the six databases of CNKI,WANFANG,CBM,PubMed,and The Cochrane Library,the retrieval time from the database of each database to October 20,2017 with Guizhi Fuling pill or Dahuang Zhechong pill orBiejiajian pill as the main research object.2 The literature was introduced into EndNote5.0 software to select and obtain the documents that conform to the inclusion criteria,and to extract the title,the first author,the name of the traditional Chinese medicine,the name of the western medicine,the syndrome type and the drug use,and the statistics were carried out with the SPASS22.0 to sum up the three prescriptions in the treatment of the disease..3 According to the statistical results of the three prescriptions,the differences and similarities of the three prescriptions in the treatment of tumor diseases were compared,Results:1 The Guizhi Fuling pill is included in 739 documents which conform to the standard.There are 15 kinds of diseases used in cancer,according to the frequency sequence of uterine leiomyoma(117),ovarian cyst(97),ovarian cancer(3),cervical cancer(2),benign breast tumor(1),endometrial cancer(1),hepatic cyst(1),hepatic artery tumor(1),liver(1),gastric cancer(1),recurrent colorectal adenoma(1),pancreatic cyst(1),lung cancer(1)and neurofibroma(1),The most commonly used drugs were single medication,combined mifepristone,Danggui Shaoyao san.Guizhi Fuling pill has 17 kinds of syndromes for tumor diseases.The top five ranks are qi stagnation and blood stasis(35),blood stasis(27),Qi deficiency and blood stasis(7),phlegm and blood stasis(7),liver depression and Qi Stagnation(6).2 Dahuang Zhechong pill included a total of 379 literatures.There are 15 kinds of diseases used in cancer,according to the frequency sequence of uterine leiomyoma(11),liver(8),chronic myelogenous leukemia(4),gastric cancer(3),lung cancer(3),hepatic cyst(2),renal cyst(2),ovarian cyst(2)cervical cancer,pancreatic cancer(2),(1),esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(1),non Hodgkin’s lymphoma(1)Qijin.The most commonly used drugs were single medication,combined with western medicine.Which has 17 kinds of syndromes for tumor diseases,the highest frequency of syndrome in blood stasis was 9 times.3 Biejiajian pill eventually included a total of 86 literatures.,There are 8 kinds of diseases used in cancer.According to frequency sorting,liver cancer(8),esophageal cancer(2),uterine fibroids(2),endometriosis cyst(1),lipoma(1),ovarian cyst(1),hepatic hemangioma(1)and prevention of recurrence of gastric cancer(1).On the use of drugs alone or in combination with Western Medicine.Conclusions:Guizhi Fuling pill,Dahuang Zhechong pill,and Bijiajian pill are the classic prescriptions in the synopsis of the golden chamber,which are effective prescriptions for the treatment of tumors.The three prescriptions can be used in gynecologic tumors,uterine leiomyoma and ovarian cysts.the treatment of liver cancer and gastric cancer in the digestive tract tumor.At the same time,the three parties have each particular emphasis.Guizhi Fuling pill weighs the treatment of uterine myoma and ovarian cysts,and has a large number of clinical reports and widely used,the treatment of Biejiajian pill and Dahuang Zhechong Pill partial to liver cancer has few clinical reports.The three prescriptions have the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Guizhi Fuling pill is mainly composed of qi stagnation and blood stasis.Biejiajian pill and Dahuang Zhechong pill dominated by blood stasis within the node,all of them with the "blood stasis".In the study,there are many reports on the application of cinnamon tuckahoe to uterine myoma and ovarian cysts,and there are evidence-based medical system evaluation to prove its curative effect.Although the experimental research has proved that it has the effect of inhibiting the growth of hepatoma cells,only a few clinical reports about the two sides of liver cancer have been reported.It needs more large sample,multi center randomized controlled trials further verification,develop a systematic study,and according to the modern evidence-based medicine quality evaluation criteria and the level of evidence to establish a "syndrome dose-response relationship" under the guidance of the application of standard solution,and then play the advantages of classical prescriptions to treat cancer diseases.In a word,Guizhi Fuling pill,Dahuang Zhechong pill and Biejiajian pill have achieved good curative effect in the clinical treatment of tumor.The syndrome of the three parties has each particular emphasis,especially the application of Guizhi Fuling pill in the treatment of uterine myoma.These studies will provide reference for modern Chinese
