Preparation And Biological Properties Of Chalk/chitosan Thermosensitive Hydrogel

In this paper,preparation of different water extract content of chitosan-bletilla complex thermosensitive hydrogel.The antibaterial capability of 2 gram-positive bacterias and 8 gram-negative bacterias were measured by bacteriostaic ciecle.The cytocompatibility of the extraction to NIH-3T3 cells was studied by MTT assay.Toad palate models were used in vitro and in vivo.Ciliary toxicity of excipient and chitosan-bletilla complex thermosensitive hydrogel was investigated and evaluated by the duration of ciliary movement.The results of bacteriostaic cieclemethod showed that chitosan-bletilla complex thermosensitive hydrogel have good antibacterial effect on clinical isolates of gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria.No bacterial grow on the contact surface between the sample and the samples.The antibacterial effect of chitosan-bletilla complex thermosensitive hydrogel is better than that of chitosan.The results of MTT method showed that it had good biocompatibility and no cytotoxicity.It is expected to be a good biological dressing.
