Japan has a long history of literary exchanges with China. Chinese literatures and ideologies can be found in the two most ancient books in Japan's history, Kojiki and Nihon Shoki. The writer of this thesis collected the results of over eighty researches on the correlations between Japanese literature and Chinese literature conducted since the end of the Second World War. With these results as the center and the comparative studies on the literatures of China and Japan in Kojiki and Nihon Shoki (referred to as Kiki below) as the main contents, this thesis is to expound the correlations between Kojiki and Chinese documents, Kojiki and Chinese philosophy, as well as Kojiki exegetic pronunciation and Chinese literature. The research papers collected in this thesis are mainly from Kiki and Chinese Culture and magazines such as Literature, Japanese and Japanese Literature, Explanation and Appreciation, and Essays. From the perspectives of resource, Chinese philosophy and exegetic pronunciation, this thesis tries to give an account of the history of the researches on the comparisons between Chinese literature and Japanese literature in Kiki in Postwar Japan and arrived at the conclusions as below through summarization and analyses:Conclusion one:From the perspective of resource, the comparative studies on the literatures of China and Japan in postwar Kiki are mainly presented in two aspects, the expressions of articles and the contents of works (plots). Through analyzing these two aspects, the researcher is to expound the correlations between Kiki and Chinese books.Concerning the writing skills adopted in articles, the thesis is to expound the correlations between Kiki and the Chinese versions of Buddhist scriptures through studying the rhetoric, style, wording, diction and grammar of articles in Kiki. The writer believes the practical attitude embodied in the process of studying the theories of resource should be inherited and advocated. Concerning the contents of works, this thesis has yielded the following results:confirming the correlations between Kojiki and Jinlvshuyibiao, Kojiki and Jinwujingzhengyibiao, Kojiki and Soushenji (novel), Kiki and historical records as well as Jiji and the Chinese versions of Buddhist scriptures such as Wenxuan. Besides, concerning mythologies, the comparisons between Kiki and Chinese mythologies are mainly about the sources of the mythologies. Some mythologies in Kiki were adapted from the Chinese ones; Some mythology was obviously influenced by the culture of south Chinese. Japanese mythologies are the modification of Chinese ones which took in many elements of ancient Chinese cultures and added its national spirits.Conclusion two:from the perspective of philosophy, the comparisons between China literature and Japan literature in Kiki are mainly presented in three aspects, which are the correlations between Kiki and ancient Chinese religions, Kiki and Chinese ideology, as well as Kiki and Chinese philosophy. In religion, there are correlations between Kiki and Laozi, Kiki and Yijing; In ideology, there are correlations between Kiki and ancient Chinese thought. In philosophy, there are correlations between Kiki and ancient Chinese philosophies.Conclusion three:from the perspective of exegetic pronunciation, the comparative studies of Kiki mainly embodied two different ways. One of them, represented by Kobayasi, studies the exegetic pronunciation of Kiki from the perspective of pure linguistics and combining the knowledge of Chinese exegetic pronunciation; the other, represented by Kojima, spots and corrects the errors of the original exegetic pronunciation of some of the words through studying them and contrasting them with the resource, or tries to seek the correct origin of some of the words in Kiki in the hope of unifying the exegetic pronunciation and origin of the words in Kiki through analyzing the exegetic pronunciation and origins,.
