Chinese education is facing a huge crisis in Southeast Asia, although there are a lot of Chinese.In order to solve this problem,the author design a vocational training program, which is according to the actual situation and demand of the Chinese development in Southeast Asia. And this program just for the local Chinese teacher. The program aims to enhance their teaching level, thus contributing to the progress of Chinese in the region.The first is the background and reason of the design. That is to understand all kinds of problems about local Chinese teacher's development in Southeast Asia and the problems about training in China. The second is according to the problems, to make preparations before the solution is implemented, including the location, size, content, logistics and so on. Finally is the specific training programs, including of a major summer program and a complementary summer camp. These two schemes are put forward for the specific mode of operation, and the assistant scheme is more innovative.In this paper, the paper fully respect the real situation of local Chinese teachers. Considering the teachers' work characteristics and funding, the training time to focus on Chinese summer vocation. Combination of these two schemes, the author believe that they will be helpful to improve the level of local Chinese teachers and promote Chinese development in Southeast Asia.
