As a comprehensive art subject, vocal music is not only widely related but also closely connected with other disciplines such as anthropotomy, physiology, singing acoustics and psychology. As we can only perceive it due to the special physiological structure of vocal organs, the difficulty of learning vocal music increases. There is no unified pattern in teaching voice music. For instance, five to six voice music teaching methods were summarized in one article DEVELOPING VOICE which was translated by Weibo Li. In the voice music teaching, many teachers depend on their own feelings in order for good performance effects. Despite of the complexity of voice music learning and teaching, the scientific vocal principles will not change. Besides selective overviews of the scientific vocal principles, the researcher will put emphasis on the discussions of establishing the unity idea of confrontation and balance as well as its usage in voice music teaching and singing practice which would benefit the voice music amateurs.
