From Gadamer, the ontological shift of hermeneutics was guided by language. Hermeneutics itself has a strong practical trend and its origin is the study of rhetoric and the interpretation of classical text, in which language is actively used. What it reveals is to persuade(Rhetoric)and enforce(religious, legal interpretation). The basic function of linguistic hermeneutics is to transfer the meaning of hermeneutics association from each other to our Lebensweit. What is language ? According to Gadamer 's own expression, what can be understood is the existence of language. This sentence doesn 't mean language or existence directly equated, in other words, we need to go through language to grasp the existence. As a result, we come into a state which the existence is experienced. The linguistic world experience is unconditional and absolute. In particular, it is prior to all of conceptual existence. The basic relationship between language and the world is not objective, while object come into the linguistic horizon of the world. At the same time, the objectivity of science turns to the relativity of the friendship between language and the world. The universality of language and the universality of reason are synchronous. Understanding does not lie in the reconstruction of others 's opinion, but in the fusion of horizons. We have to face the preconceptions, even in the hermeneutic circle, we should review it again and again. The goal of the philosophical hermeneutics was not to avoid the misunderstanding. Instead of it, more tentative explanation inside. Why is it possible to understand ? Why is our life world possible ? All of it appeared as an open process. We can not give up the dialogue because of differences, language only exists in the conversation, even in silent. What 's more, language is precisely the media of hermeneutic experience. Almostly, without dialogue, language can not express themselves, let alone hermeneutic experience. We get mutual understanding in the dialogue, the same acquisition on language. Obviously, the broken language, nothing exists does not lack its practical significance. Also in the relationship between language and the world, Gadamer holds that view on language equals to world view. People possess language does not mean we are above with arbitrary use, but one should find their life world in the process. Not only people need dialogue, but also the philosophical thoughts. Naturally, Derrida, Habermas and Rorty directly launched a debate on Gadamer 's view on language. Meanwhile, through their view on language, what we see is more of their signature assertion. Therefore, this thesis is divided into five parts:First to trace the origin of the language, combing the language on the traditional understanding and horizontal analysis to Gadamer's Hermeneutics view of language, and pointed out the indispensability of language in different stages even deeper. The specific performance is Heraclitus' s Logos, Platon's Dialectics of language in ancient Greece and the Dual Symbol theory of Locke in modern times as well as Wittgenstein's Image theory, Heidegger's language is the home of existence in contemporary philosophy. The second part discusses the legal premise of the language, started from the discourse of basis position on Existential. With preliminary interpretation of the context of Gadamer's hermeneutic view on language. In addition, corresponding to the subversion of previous linguistic view. It focuses on language as a medium of hermeneutic experience as well as highlights the language which based on hermeneutics burst out a series of significant features. So to speak, language has only the first as a medium, and then there is the existence of a variety of relationships that we are understanding, including our own.The third part pursues the life world from the view of hermeneutics to reach a new understanding the historic world with the help of language. The most important thing of Philosophical hermeneutics is to transform itself into the ontological nature of research, at the same time, because of the diachronic nature of understanding and the premise of our "existence", our understanding is accompanied by the concrete effect of historical consciousness, while the effect of historical consciousness is precisely in the language to achieve. The fourth part is the direct impact of several postmodern philosophers like Derrida, Habermas, Rorty on Gadamer's linguistic hermeneutics view, the concrete aspects involved include the construction and deconstruction, understanding and reflection, the consistency of common sense and belief, and so on. I also tries to sum up the reflection component. Finally, mainly of evalution of Gadamer' s linguistic hermeneutics view. On the one hand, it is positive to locate and deepen the language based on the theory of Hermeneutics, and the critique of language tool theory, propositional logic and logocentrism. highlights the inter subjectivity, and brought us into the atmosphere of the language of the whole. On the other hand, even the language of Gadamer's Hermeneutics view inevitably reflects the tendency of subjectivism, relativism, conservative and non Philosophy, but this is exactly the original appearance of the history of Philosophy. In any case,Gadamer's view on language formed a connecting between the preceding and the following. We find that people is not speaking, but language, language talks. We just feel the world experience in the expression of the world, it can be said that understanding is not an easy thing for us. Without language, we can not understand or advance the world. Language hide itself in the original creation. I am willing to concept a tentative supplement for Mr Gadamer's linguistic hermeneutics view. Only in this way can I express the reverence and longing.
