False memories, also known as a false memory, is refers to the people mistakenly recalled that have never seen things or things that never happened. False memory is a key point in the research of memory in recent years, research on false memory helps widen the sphere of memory research, deepen understanding of the memory process and mechanism. Scholars to design a variety of false memory paradigm, commonly used have Loftus misleading information interference paradigm, KK paradigm, imagination inflation paradigm, DRM paradigm, category-associate research paradigm and unconscious perception research paradigm and so on. The DRM paradigm is a widely used can be induced in the laboratory environment and reliable experimental paradigm of false memory effect. False memory is influenced by many factors, these factors include early warning, word length, rendering time, presentation, rendering pipeline, study times, the level of processing, divided attention, such as individual differences. This paper reviewed the history of the false memory research, summarizes the existing research results, has designed two experiments to investigate the DRM paradigm attention state on the influence of the error recognition result. Experiment one uses the mix design, manipulation of attention to status and project type two variables, and to explore the influence of different note status of false memory, which pay attention to the state is divided into focus, low divided attention and higher divided attention, for variable between subjects, studied projects and project types can be divided into key bait, for participants in a variable. Experiment 2 manipulation task type and item type two variables, task types include memory task, color, parts of speech and evaluation of three kinds of different tasks, to variable between subjects, studied projects and project types can be divided into key bait, for variable, in the subjects to study the effect of unconscious processing of false memory. The results show that the experiment one from attention to the highly dispersed state, with a decrease in the level of attention, the participants for key bait gradually increased reaction time, attention was found to be inversely associated with the level and the reaction time. Experiment 2 memory tasks in the reaction time is greater than the color of parts of speech and evaluation task, subjects of words the deeper level of processing, the shorter the reaction time.By the above experiments can be concluded that:1. For error recognition, distracting attention will increase when the recognition reaction.2. The error recognition does not need to intentionally processing as the prerequisite of words, even in the case of the unconscious, false memories can also occur.
