The rise of Chinese pioneer novels began in the late 1980s, which caused a huge change in the Contemporary Chinese literature for its Frightening writing style in form and language.Chinese pioneer novels enjoyed the reputation in the 1980s, but things have changed in the 1990s, Chinese pioneer novels became decline due to the limitations of itself. Pioneer novelists’novel creation has changed and presented a different look. "Pioneer novels" are represented by Su tong, Ge fei, and Yu hua,their literary text appeared a trend of returning to Chinese traditional literature and traditional value after entering the 1990s.Vanguard writers learned from western literature in the 1980s,and then changed to learn from the hidden "Chinese narrative". In the creative direction, showing a "return to the story," "back on the history"," back to the traditional literature searching for resources" and so on.In terms of specific writers, each of them has distinguishing feature.For example:Yu hua tends to localization and folklore; Ge fei tends to attach importance to Chinese traditional culture; Su tong’s narration posture on the classical regression.As a representative of the pioneer writers Yu hua, Su tong, Ge fei,their creative transformation "Chinese style" strategy is mainly around the "folk" and "classical" in two dimensions. On the choice of research method, this article is through a close reading of the pioneer writer and analyzes China’s social and cultural ideological trend and literary environment in the ninety’s.Researching the "Chinese style" strategy of the three representatives of the pioneer writers and its traditional literary creation can find the relationship between the traditional literary narrative resources and the development of contemporary literature.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter mainly analyzes the time background of the pioneer writer transformation; Vanguard writers facing Create difficulties in ninety and the reasons why the three representative writers select the "Chinese style"strategy of the road on transformation.The text has a contrast analysis on the transformation of their creative practice to sum up their own "Chinese style" transformation strategy from the beginning of the second chapter, through the study of Yu hua, Su tong, Ge fei’s creation course,The second chapter mainly analyzes Yu hua’s creation to explore Folk themes and theme of survival in his novel. The third chapter focuses on his examination of "a dream of red mansions" as the reference and the pursuit of quaint language art. The fourth chapter mainly discusses the Su tong’s traditional concise narrative style and the simple description imagery. The fifth chapter summarizes the three representative writers’creative practice of the transformation of "Chinese style" of literary significance.Referenced in this paper the connotation of the "Chinese style" for "pioneer writer", refers to the non-western, pointing to the traditional Chinese narrative resources, such as:the traditional novel traditional; narrative thinking traits; poetic tradition; pay attention to the story; classic elegant language; the use of classical image; the use of allusions and so on.
