This thesis makes a research on two Chinese pronouns "Bieren" and "Renjia", which have a ctose meaning and using. At the first, compare these two pronouns on the respective syntactic semantic description and pragmatics. In fee syntax, pronouns "Bieren" and "Renjia" can be used as subject attributes,object and pivoal/'Renj ia" also can be appositive; in semantics, "Bieren" and "Renjia" refers to "general people" meaning and "special people" meaning, but "Bieren" refers to "general people" meaning,"Renjia" refers to "special people" meaning; in pragmatic terms, "Bieren" and "Renjia" have distinguishing, indicating and alternative function, "Bieren" in the main distinguishing, "Renjia" in the main indicating and alternative. On the base of comparison of respective syntactic, semantic description and pragmatics, the paper describes the situation of replacement:"Bieren" cannot be appositive, and cannot appear in the context where " Renjia" in "special people" meaning and indicating and alternative function is needed, while "Renjia" cannot be neutral object and cannot appear in the context where "Bieren" in "general people" meaning and distinguishing function is needed. In the end, based on the errors about the two words the international students made, the paper gives some Chinese-teaching recommendations:teaching the two words step by step and period by period in classic context, and offering more exercises.
