Cooperative behavior is an important part of human society. Intellectual understanding of the world is the human understanding, problem-solving skills are essential. Among them, the level of reasoning is a concentrated expression of the intellectual level. Thus the development of reasoning level, will have a huge impact on human cooperative behavior. Studies were selected 68 fifth grade students,147 college students as subjects, through Raven test and a single prisoner's dilemma game scenario simulation paradigm reasoning in children of different ability levels, the difference in the game under the paradigm of cooperative behavior.The results show that:1) In the "punishment", "bonus", "stranger" "good friend" four kinds of single prisoner's dilemma scenarios, the primary school children are more inclined to cooperate than college students.2) high-level reasoning ability of primary school children are more likely than low reasoning ability level primary school children "betrayal" Students'test results were no different.3) "punishment" way to describe the game than the "reward" way to describe the game, will appear more cooperative behavior. "Good friend" way to describe the game than the "stranger" describes the way the game will appear more cooperative behavior.In this study, game simulation, preliminary exploration of the impact of reasoning ability level of cooperative behavior of primary school children, designed to analyze the development, improve child development theory of human decision-making behavior. Behavior of children in the prisoner's dilemma and its inner psychological reaction mechanism was explored further detail. In reality, children how to get along with others, a reasonable strategy to provide guidance and assistance to some reference to education and teaching children.
