The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among career decision barriers, career anxiety and career decision of postgraduate.A Career Anxiety Inventory was developed in this study, which included of career state anxiety, career select anxiety and career self-develop anxiety. The tools used in this study ware Career Decision Barriers Inventory and Career Decision Inventory,according to the measuring results of 406 postgraduates, the primary results of the study are as follows:1. Perception of career barriers and career anxiety had a significant positive correlation; Perception of career barriers and career decision had a negative significant correlation; career anxiety and career decision had a significant negative correlation.2. Career anxiety had meditation effect between perception of career barriers and career decision. Increased career obstacles, career oriented individuals also decreased, and high anxiety group decreased more significantly than low anxiety group.
