Research On Issues Related To Art Securitization

As before, stamps, commemorative coins and IC card always in a very small minority among the works of art investment products, not well known and concern.And they use to trade by the counter.Since 2014,artworks securitization come to people's perspective again by cultural equity exchange platform.After we learned the lessons from the failure of art share trading,the road of artwork securitization are not being blocked,but go further.In 2015, the on-line trading stamps, coins and collectible IC card by cultural equity exchange platform became more and more popular,artwork which hidden for years began to be well known.It seems to find a reasonable mode for artworks securitization,however, this model is not perfect.By the relevant text submitted by the conducted field research, the authors analyze artwork securitization path from the perspective of the standard management.The thesis can be divided into four parts.The first part includes Chapters I and II,it includes art securitization research background, significance and related theoretical basis and elaborate literature review.The second part is the third chapter,through specific case studies,from the system level find defects of the cultural property rights exchange platform.The third part is the fourth chapter, through analysis the data of Middle South Stamps Trading Center demonstrate the defect system.The fourth part is the fifth chapter,proposed the key issues of artwork securitization and give recommendations accordingly.Artworks securitization investment is an in emerging investment market,and prospects can be described as very impressive.On its road of development and practice,it needs to be constrained by the norms and reasonable system,establish a sound regulatory system,clear positioning cultural equity exchange platform roles,establish and improve the exit mechanism of artwork,fully play the market mechanism,artwork securitization will go further.
