"Animation&Comic" is a the abbreviation of "Animation" and "Comics". The animation industry not only includes animation and comics, but also includes games and related derivatives. In the animation industry chain, the originality of animation is the starting point of the animation industry chain, animation?comics and online game is in the middle reaches of the animation industry chain, the development of animation derivatives is located in the downstream of the industry chain, and animation copyright is the foundation of the industry chain, runs through the whole industry chain.Japanese comics Origined from "opera painting of birds and animals" in the 12th century. Later, due to Western influence and the promotion of scientific and technological progress, Japan appeared in the comic and animation. In 1956, Toei animation company was set up, Japanese Animation&Comic embarked on the road of industrialization. In the'80s and'90s, with the development of science and technology, Japanese animation industry grew rapidly, and combined with the emerging game industry. At the beginning of twenty-first Century, with the support of the government, the Japanese animation industry was transformed from the product of the content into the cultural fundation of the country.Japanese animation became popular soon after it entered into China in 1980s. This had a huge impact on the audiences which mainly comprise of the generation after 80s and 90s. The reasons can be considered in three aspects:First of all, from the view of cultural point, the elements of Chinese traditional culture appear abundantly in Japanese animation, which make the audience have a sense of familiarity and identification easily when they watching the productions; the demonstration of Japanese characteristic culture cause the curiosity and attention of Chinese audiences; at the same time, the Japanese animation is good at integrating the cultures of all the countries in the world into the productions, which give the audiences entirely new knowledges and experiences. Secondly, from the perspective of Japanese animation industry itself, it not only has the cutting-edge technology, but also has characteristics of extensive subjects, the universal theme. Thirdly, the support of government and the popularity of new and high technology is also an significant reason for the phenomenon of Japanese animation cover all areas china. This paper took Hayao Miyazaki animated film as a case, elucidated the reason of the cross-cultural adaptation in China of Japanese animation specifically. There are economic and political motivation that Japanese government export Japanese animation to China. Japanese animation produced both positive and negative effects on the value view of Chinese children and teenagers, in order to avoid the adverse effects, the government should establish reasonable movie rating system and publication censorship; Parents should guide correctly while children and teenagers watching Japanese Animation&Comic; In the final analysis, the best strategy to deal with the cross-cultural communication of animation from Japan to China, is improving the capacity and output of Chinese animation industry itself.Chinese animation industry has begun to take shape, but due to the scarcity of talent, technology, and the lack of strong support of government and the media, so its production and capacity are so poor that it is difficult to form a large-scale industrial chain. In view of this situation, the author suggests:first of all, the government should give support to the domestic animation on the law and policy. Secondly, Chinese animation industry not only need to strengthen technology and solid industry chain, but also need creative talents and creative team who are able to show the charm of Chinese culture in the works. In this way, Chinese animation industry will become on in the future.
