The studies about the change and development of political situation in the north of China about The Five Dynasties and The Late Dang Dynasty is in the perspective of Shatuo people. The development and change of the political situation in northern China during the late Tang and the Five Dynasties is an important issue in the historical transformation of the Tang and Song dynasties. After the rebellion of An and Shi,Tang Ting central authority gradually lost. The right of officials and eunuchs dispute, the clique dispute and eunuchs arbitrary political phenomenon;at same time local separatist regime forces continue to rise, these factors exacerbated the decline of the Tang court. At the end of the Tang Dynasty and the Five Dynasties, the political situation in the north of China is characterized as the change and shift of the center of gravity and the national conflict,The situation in the Central Plains region and the influence of the nomadic ethnic groups in northern China contributed to the change and development of the situation. The late Tang and the Five Dynasties is a period of great change.Geopolitical focus has gradually shifted from the Guanzhong region to the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River;after the northern and Southern Dynasties,The northern region once again entered the peak of ethnic integration, thus the focus of national conflict turn from Northwest region to Northeast region. The transfer of these two aspects has a profound impact on the development of the history of the later generations. The main body of this paper has three chapters:The first chapter mainly discusses the historical background of the rise of Shatuo people. At the late Tang and the five dynasties, the Tang administration has lost its overall control over the big picture,Shatuo people rise from the north area in this situation and then help Tang Dynasty put down local rebellion.Shatuo people become rely on the power of the most of Tang Dynasty. From then on,Shatuo people as the core of the "DaiBei group" to have the significant influence of late Tang Dynasty and Five Dynasties northern political situation. The second chapter mainly discusses migration and composition structure of the Shatuo tribe;then we mainly discusses the formation, development, change and extinction of the "northern group" and the reasons of the internal structure change of the "DaiBei group".At the end of the Tang Dynasty, the local rebellion swarmed repeatedly, so the Tang court ordered Shatuo people help the insurgency. In the process of the insurgency,Shatuo people gradually formed by Shatuo people as the core of the "DaiBei group".To discuss and analyze the internal structure and changes of the "Dai Bei group",It was that the northern political situation created a "DaiBei group" formation and rise and "DaiBei group" gradually formed its own separatist forces and establishment of power generation range of North Central Plains region. In this process, the internal structure of the "DaiBei Group" is reorganized and changed. The third chapter mainly discusses the relationship between the "DaiBei group" and the Central Plains power and the minority nationality in the periphery,we analyze these two groups to study the shift of geopolitics and national conflict."DaiBei group" with Li Maozhen, Zhu Quanzhong conquest each other, that has a profound impact on the transfer of the northern Geopolitics.Of course, the transfer of regional politics and the focus of the national conflict also has a certain relationship at that time. Shatuo people's own migration development and change with shift the focus of ethnic conflict has a direct link. With the decline of Tibetan and Huihu,On the one hand, the geopolitical focus has gradually shifted to the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River.Of course, economic factors play a major role in the transfer of geopolitics; On the other hand, the focus of national conflict gradually shifted to the northeast region. In the northeast,Qidan nationality become a major threat to the Central Plains region. In a word,Studying the relationship between ethnic minorities of Shatuo people with Central Plains and the surrounding forces,we argue the change and development of the political situation in northern China in the late Tang and the Five Dynasties and know about the influence of history.
