Inheritance Research On The Protection Of Industrial Culture In The Workers' Village And The Contemporary Urban Design

This paper is the inheritance and application of protection of cultural relics of the industrial workers in the village in the contemporary city design in the first three years of the 1950 s,the new Chinese,much remains to be done a thousand things wait to be done.A priority is to solve the housing problems of urban people: first,to solve the problem of housing,two is to solve the problem of a large number of shantytowns.In the case of the country's financial difficulties,the state invested a lot of money to transform,repair some of the city's dilapidated houses,shanty towns.In addition,the construction of new residential quarters and new public buildings and the transformation of urban infrastructure,improve urban environment.As a result,a large number of workers in the village appeared,the emergence of the village workers to solve the urgent needs of many workers.With the passage of time,the development of the country,the era of progress and innovation of science and technology,the need of city construction,the residential accommodation can no longer meet the needs of modern society and the needs of the people,the majority of the demolition,renovation,removal,but few buildings as the industrial heritage to be preserved,however,for this part of the building,further retained play a role,there are still many problems.As the protection of historic sites and the needs of urban transformation and construction,a lot of work needs to be done.This article is around the problem,the results of the study.Workers village has experienced more than 50 years of baptism.In the era of change,village workers are constantly changing,in 50 years,workers in the village also adds a lot of new civilian residential buildings,adapt to the life needs and aesthetic needs of the times,and constantly improve the level of architectural design level,and gradually become more reasonable,more perfect facilities.The village is a microcosm of the history of city workers living residential life for half a century since the new China,this kind of building was the interpretation of the special historical period,people's needs and aesthetic point of view,to show people the real life status,reflects the unique characteristics of the times in different historical periods,including the connotation of industrial culture of the industrial era records of the city context.The design and transformation of these relics,can not only retain the architectural style,leaving the historical memory,showing the changes of the times to people,can also promote the development of city tourism,cultural and creative industries.This paper is based on the Shenyang Tiexi village workers as the main object,discusses its unique historical position and irreplaceable cultural attributes at the same time,focuses on the industrial heritage protection content,at the same time on how to protect,how and how to integrate the inheritance in the future city development and reform,how to design method to make the argument.The record in the northeast old industrial base residential building pattern of old houses,how to deal with today's new era needs,not ignored by society and how to determine the measure out of its existence value,worthy of our research and thinking.
