"Su Wu Slow" Examination

The tune of Su Wuman is one of the numerous long tunes in Ci poetry.Although it is not that prominent,because of its unique charm,making it become a relatively distinctive tune in the Ci poetry.The name of the tune,Su Wuman,which stems from the story of Su Wu the Shepherd and derives from the Jiao Fang tune,Mu Yangyuan,turning back to the Song Danasty.The filling of the poet begins with the period of the capital of Song Dynasty migrating towards the south.There are six diverse tune names and with the same tune as Guo Qinlou.It increases the length and changes the sentence on the basis of Su Wuling.It regards Lu You's Su Wuman as the standardized form,while it is a rigorous tune with more than ten kinds of other forms.In sentence,it generally consists of three,four,five,six or seven sentences,meanwhile,the sentences are both uneven and flexible.In the art of composition,it breaks through the limit of rhythm and it is various in forms.In affection,it is full of melancholy,grieved and tranquil tone.In rhythm,it adopts oblique tones rhyme in most cases and keeps unchanged.The period of Song Dynasty migrating towards the south has few poets and poems,when is the initial stage of Su Wuman tune.In subject matter,it involves of journey,sentiment,patriotic,missing and typical themes in migrating period.It presents writers refined charm of demotion,sentimental and passionate.The Yuan dynasty is its booming period.The number of writers and identities appears the expanding trend,contents and styles have a little change under the influence of Taoism in Song dynasty.Reclusion and cultivate immortality becomes the mainstream.The style reveals the affections of elegant,plain and unadorned.The Ming Dynasty is its peak period,not only the poets and works significantly increased,but also the content and style also become diverse.Sentiment,seclusion,discussion and leisure are the main subjects,and it consists of thirteen themes and shows bold and unconstrained,elegant and chic,plain and shallow and desolate diversity of characteristics.Qing Dynasty is the end period for the creation of Su Wuman,when the number of works and poets writing words sharply decrease,furthermore,the subjects and styles are also on the decrease.While Su Wuman in Qing dynasty achieve higher achievements indeed,which not only inherit the regnant style to express ambitions in Ming dynasty,but also appears the subject of passion and travel,and it takes on a dreary style in general.
