The tone of King Lanling originated from the Northern Song Dynasty,which was a Sandiness Ci,and was popular for a while in the Song Dynasty.The tune and music of the song originated from the song "King Lanling in battle" praised by the soldiers when Gao Changgong,who was a famous general of the Northern Qi Dynasty,fought in Jinyong city.Later,Dasheng Yuefu made the tune of King Lanling from the old tune.Zhou Bangyan of the Northern Song Dynasty was the creator of the tune.He took Liu,King Lanling as the main style,Because of the minor differences in sentence reading,there were 30 different styles.Its sentence pattern is basically composed of two,three,four,five,six and seven character,which is varied and flexible.The rules are strict,most of them are based on the scenery and inserted memories into the middle of the piece.Its voice and emotion are obstinate and furious,which is suitable for expressing complex emotions.The tone of the words all use the oblique tone rhyme,and enter the rhyme primarily,increase the exciting sound sentiment.Although the tone of King Lanling was very popular in the Northern Song Dynasty,the number of works in the Song and Yuan Dynasties was not much,and the number of works in the Ming Dynasty was even fewer,and it was not until the Qing Dynasty that the quantity was increased significantly.Song and Yuan Dynasties is the formation and prosperity period of the tone of King Lanling.There are six main themes in his works,i.e.travelling melancholy,lovesickness,sad songs in troubled times,alienation and seclusion,describing scenery and chanting things,making friends and congratulating.The style of his works respectively presents three categories: elegant and sad,leisurely and luxurious,gloomy and sad.Ming Dynasty is the exploration period of the development of the tune of King Lanling.It is not only the exploration and development of its system,but also the evolution of its content and style.The creation of its theme mainly includes seven categories: chanting,chanting things,fettering,making friends,acacia,seclusion and leisure worries.On the basis of inheriting and developing the theme of Song and Yuan Dynasty,two new kinds of chanting and leisure worries are added.Accordingly,its style has also changed.The main style is sad and plaintive,gloomy and heroic,leisurely and fashionable.The elegance and luxury advocated in Song Dynasty have faded away,and the style is more gloomy and sad.Qing Dynasty was a period of mature and perfection,and its theme and style all produced new changes.The theme has expanded to 11 categories,including friends and gifts,melancholy of travelling,scenery and objects,life,history,amour,parting sorrow,nostalgia,boudoir leisure,sadness and death,paintings and volumes.On the basis of retaining the traditional themes,history and nostalgia was added.There were many kinds of new themes,such as lovesickness,nostalgia,boudoir leisure,parting sorrow,mourning for the past,painting and volume.The style was more diversified,including melancholy,generous and majestic,lingering and sad,elegant and unrestrained.Compared with the previous generation,the style was more generous and sad.
