A Study On The Cultural Demand And Effective Supply Strategy Of Rural Masses In The Three Gorges Reservoir Area

China is a big agricultural country.To coordinate the urban and rural development and build a socialism harmonious society,to achieve the great development of the whole society on culture,the rural area and farmers can never be neglected.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee put forward the task of building a new socialist countryside.To achieve the goal,the basic cultural rights and interests of the vast rural masses must be protected and the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the rural masses must be meet.The supply of rural public culture has to be increased,so the countryside and farmers can be leaded by the advanced socialist culture and continue to move forward.This study takes cultural demand of the rural masses in the Three Gorges reservoir area as the breakthrough point,deeply studies the cultural needs,the present situation of rural cultural supply and the existing problems and put forward some suggestions on how to promote the supply of rural mass culture effectively.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of this research.The second chapter analyzes the overall situation of the rural masses' cultural needs in the Three Gorges reservoir area.Based on the description of the basic situation of the Three Gorges reservoir area and the basic situation of the investigation,the author analyzes the spiritual and cultural life status and demand characteristics of the rural masses in the Three Gorges reservoir area.Development,farmers'cultural quality and rural cultural service system construction of three aspects of its causes were analyzed.The third chapter analyzes the situation of rural public culture construction in the Three Gorges reservoir area and the existing problems.It affirms that some achievements have been made in the construction of rural culture in the Three Gorges reservoir area,but at the same time there are few cultural inputs,The backwardness of infrastructure,the shortage of talents and so on,and analyzes the reasons from the aspects of institutional mechanism,government administration and rural masses.The fourth chapter puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the effective supply of rural mass culture from the aspects of perfecting the system mechanism,increasing the government investment,revitalizing the existing cultural resources,digging the local historical and cultural resources and carrying out the cultural creation activities.
