The Study Of The Demand And The Construction Of Rural Culture

The construction of rural culture has always been an important part of the Party and Government's rural work.As the No.1 Central File proposed in 2017,it's necessary to strengthen the construction of rural public cultural service system,implement key cultural projects for rural people,improve the comprehensive cultural service facilities at the grassroots level and carry out extensive public activities in rural areas such as local opera.In October 2017,Xi Jinping,the general secretary,pointed out it in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,that we should promote cultural and ethical progress and dig deep into the ideological,humanistic and moral norms embodied in China's excellent traditional culture.To build a strong cultural city,the Government of Fuqing has explored many practical approaches to construct rural culture and achieved great improvement of the quality of cultural construction.However,the content of rural cultural construction is out of line with the needs of rural reality,and has been divorced from the promotion of excellent traditional culture.Therefore,looking at needs of the rural cultural in Fuqing,exploring constructions of rural cultural is an intrinsic requirement to build a harmonious society,promot ecological civilization and rebuild beautiful countryside.Based on scientific methods,such as literature analysis,social investigation and statistical analysis,this paper explores the rural cultural needs and rural cultural construction in Fuqing.The main contents are as follows:(1)to elaborate the basic connotation of rural development and rural cultural construction,and then analyze the basic role of rural cultural construction on rural development;(2)to demonstrate the main problems in the construction of rural culture in Fuqing,and then analyze their reasons;(3)to investigate the basic status of rural cultural facilities in Fuqing;(4)to explore the rural residents' evaluation on cultural life and their attitudes to the traditional literature and art in rural areas,as well as the content and form of rural residents' needs for cultural life;(5)to discuss what the government can do in the construction of rural culture.We finally put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of rural culture construction in four perspectives,such as the implementation of responsibility,the construction of rural cultural infrastructure,the development of rural cultural activities,and the construction of the rural culture team.
