| This article explores the destiny thought of Kang Youwei and the inheritance and transformation of traditional Confucianism and proclaims the propaganda of enlightenment philosophy of Kang Youwei’s thought of destiny.Kang Youwei pointed out that destiny had the will of the universe,God dominated the fate of the individual and the country.Not only that,Kang Youwei demonstrated the spirit of the enlightenment which include fraternity,freedom and equality from the perspective of divinity.The thought of destiny is the basis of Kang Youwei’s argument of Confucianism and the theoretical basis of Kang Youwei’s modern enlightenment.In other words,the system of Kang Youwei thought of destiny is an important foundation of his philosophy.At the same time,the Confucianism which constructed by and the enlightenment which discussed by Kang Youwei are interdependent:the Confucianism is the carrier of the idea of enlightenment,the enlightenment philosophy has promoted the modern transformation of Confucianism to a certain extent.Kang Youwei’s destiny thought has its active and valuable elements,but Kang Youwei’s excess of superstition and favor of destiny has led to the formation of Kang Youwei’s destiny thought,so that Kang Youwei’s thought has internal logic chaos.This led to Kang Youwei’s destiny thought struggling between conservative and radicalness.Therefore,the study of Kang Youwei’s thought of destiny helps to grasp the fate of destiny in modern philosophy.It helps to understand the basis of Kang Youwei’s philosophical theory.It can help us to learn from Kang Youwei’s transformation of traditional culture.Learn from the lessons of Kang Youwei’s destiny.In the process of reflection on Kang Youwei’s thought of destiny,it is necessary to dialectically study the theoretical contribution of Kang Youwei’s destiny thought.At the same time,criticize Kang Youwei’s over-superstition of destiny and insist on scientifically understanding the thought of destiny with the perspective of Marxist philosophy. |
