The Vocabulary Expression Means Of Emotion In Russian Social Network Communication

Nowadays,networking in globalization has become an indispensable part in people's life.The Internet is not only the source from which we obtain information around the world,but also an important means of communication.It provides its subscribers with the opportunities of “speaking” and “being listened”.Expressing personal emotions in language is not only one of human's most significant needs,but also the most complex and urgent problem that modern linguistics is facing today.As in the reality,the main objectives of social networking is to receive and express various information including emotions.Social networking is an important platform for people to exchange emotions,and the personal communication,comments and so on are the most fully method to express one's emotions,which is the research interest of the present study.Social networking is a virtualized communication platform,differing from face to face communication in reality,and people cannot express themselves with the help of facial expression,gesture,tone and other non-lingual methods,rather by expressing the verbal language through language.Under such circumstances,linguistic means become extremely important.Among all the linguistic means to express emotions,lexical means is the most widely and actively used.Thus,it is the entry point of the present study analyzing the means of emotional expression in Russian social networking.The thesis includes three parts,namely introduction,body and conclusion.Introduction gives an account of the research status of the present topic abroad and in China,and the significance,main ideas,key and difficult points of the present study.The thesis contains the following three chapters.Chapter One is the illustration of the theory.Firstly,it illustrates the characteristics and the function of emotion,and its function in social networking.Second section summarizes emotional lexicon under the perspective of emotional Linguistics,and distinguishes the three main concepts of emotionality,evaluativity and expression.Chapter Two consists of three sections.The first section generalizes the main linguistic characters of Russian social networking.The second and the third section analyze how Russian express their emotion in Russian social networking from the perspective of language and non-lingual perspective respectively.Chapter Three based on the first and second chapters,specifically studies the common lexical means when people express emotions(such as positive,negative,mixed emotions etc.)in Russian social networking.The Conclusion concludes how Russians use different lexicon to express their emotions in Russian social networking.Understanding different lexical characteristics to express emotions in Russian social networking can not only help us understand the means of emotional expression in Russian social networking,but also help us precisely use Russian lexicons to express our emotions in cross-cultural communication.
