Art Bonsai Art Analysis

At the beginning of 18th century and end of 19th century,both of western and eastern noble crafts were in heyday,with extremely advanced technique and magnificent manner.The author takes potted landscape of Qing dynasty forging office and Russian Faberge as research direction then analyzes technique and art manner of noble crafts.Although criticized by scholars,noble crafts should be recognized reasonably with new attitude to traditional crafts because of its value.The author hopes this research will inspire us on contemporary design convergence problem.Chapter two and three are about the objective basis of art comparison between eastern and western gem potted landscape.Chapter four compares gem potted landscape from technique,social function,aesthetic interest and etc.Chapter five analyzes historic meaning and limitation of noble crafts from changes and conversion to explore traditional crafts conversion path in consumer society.The last chapter introduces author's creation practice Verandar which bases on her research and thinking.
