This paper mainly investigates the students through the methods of questionnaire,interview and classroom practice:the teaching elements and individual elements of foreign teachers should be provided in the hearts of foreign students,and the evaluation and expectation of foreign students to Chinese teachers.This paper analyzes the questionnaire by descriptive statistics,and draws the following conclusions:The students expect the teachers of Chinese as a teacher to improve classroom speech and nonverbal behavior,and expect teachers to pay more attention to the development of teacher-student relationship.Due to gender,age,class,nationality and other aspects of the difference,students expect the quality of teachers and show a greater difference.Students expect foreign teachers to become a creative,humorous,democratic and responsible teacher.This paper puts forward some expections about the quality of foreign language teachers from the perspective of students,hoping to help the improvement of the quality of foreign language teachers,and provide effective reference suggestions for improving the quality of foreign language teachers.
