With the development of international promotion of Chinese,shortage of qualified international Chinese teacher is becoming a sharp focus.Consequently,current key points of international promotion of Chinese project includes reinforcement of oversea Chinese teachers' localization and the establishment of oversea mainland Chinese teacher cultivation system.The recruitment of foreign students for Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages(MTCSOL)is a long-term and stable methods to cultivate oversea Chinese teachers.However,current situation of MTCSOL students cultivation is still in the initial stage,and related researches analysis mainly concentrated on certain cultivating objective or the situation of curriculum establishment,which didn't produce systematical research and lacked field research.Based on the conclusion of the basic professional quality for international Chinese teacher,this research deeply analyzes two factors that influence MTCSOL majors,namely,personal factor and training program factor.Meanwhile,this study points out the deficiency of current educational situation,puts forward the strategies for promoting the quality of MTCSOL foreign students.Totally Fifteen MTCSOL foreign students from H University and W University became the objects of this study,and the conclusions are as follows:First,The personal factor is the internal factor to influence the formation of professional quality for MTCSOL foreign students,which includes objective factor and subjective factor,namely,nationality,professional identity,cultural identity and work experience.The personal factor has a fundamental influence on the MTCSOL foreign students in the field of career identity and produces the awareness of professional development.Second,the factor is the external factor to influence the formation of professional quality for MTCSOL foreign students,including five aspects:curriculum establishment,professional practice,faculty,educational system and school activity.The external factor directly promotes the formation of students' specific knowledge and skills.Third,MTCSOL had deficiency in training program,the enrollment is not strict enough to guarantee candidate quality.In training process,there were five questions:short educational system,insufficient curriculum system,lack of internship,incomplete supervisor choosing system and shortage of professional activity.Therefore,related educational institute should improve the enrollment quality and meanwhile lay much stress on the training program process to implement the promotion of cultivating quality.
