Jameson's "super Author" Theory Research

Jameson's "Superauthor" concept,a non-individual author's idea,which is reflected in his theoretical exploration on literary production.It is not only related to Jameson's political unconscious theory and utopian literary idea,but also closely related to Jameson's Metacommentary theory and literary development theory.The first part of this paper begins with the historical development of the author's concept,focusing on the difference among Jameson's "Superauthor" concept and the author concepts of Plato's,Kant,Hegel,Heidegger.What's more,it make necessary comparison with the weatern Marxism or the left theorist's ideological author concept.The second part of this paper focuses on the embodied "Superauthor" concept in the field of Jameson's literary production theory,that is,the role of "Superauthor" in the history of literary production.Among them,the key points are the relationship between "Superauthor" and dominant ideology,and the relationship between "Superauthor" and Metacommentary,the Superauthor's the historical dimension,and Superauthor's utopian feelings.According to Jameson's discussion on the type and development of modern literature,the third part of this article recongnizes,identifies and analyzes the type and characteristics of "Superauthor".In this part,this article focuses on the duality of the"Superauthor" in imperialist literature,the repression of "Superauthor" in modernist literature,the national characteristic and the dialectical relationship between collective unconsciousness and the collective conscious of the "Superauthor" in the third world literature.Through the above discussion,this article has comprehensively analyzed James's complicated literary theory from the perspective of "Superauthor".To expect to systematically and deeply grasp them in such a way.
