The establishment of the new China,we overthrow once and for all the feudal oppression for thousands of years and the humiliation history of imperialist oppression over a hundred years.China became a truly independent country and the people became the true masters.Meanwhile,the status of Chinese women has also undergone a historic change.The government establishes women's social status and social rights through legislation.Women also go out of the house to participate in social production and become an important factor in social development,economic development,political development and cultural development.In the past few decades,China has made great progress in promoting gender equality.At present,China is in a critical period of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Our country has proposed the idea of establishing a comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development and also made great efforts to implement the basic state policy of equality between men and women.In reality,as a basic national policy of "gender equality" slogan has been known to everyone,but as a goal and means of "gender equality",it has always been in instructional practice and has not been realized.Professional women,who are in the male dominated discourse in the modern society,are also facing and suffering a lot of injustice.For example,employment discrimination,the development of the glass ceiling and so on,hindering the development of professional women in the economic and social development,reducing their professional performance in the social field.While the traditional family ethics requires women to have children,to take care of the elderly,to take care of the elderly and do housework.Between the work and the family,the women in the workplace constantly switch roles and fall into the ethical dilemma that the role conflict can not be coordinated.From the point of view of ethics in the equality of men and women and by the context of gender equality,the existence and development of professional women promoted women's freedom,equality and development for women to realize their own value and create value to build a platform for occupation,is a practice toward the real equality of men and women,which has important ethical value.Based on the equality between men and women and the idea of justice,this paper focuses on the unfair treatment faced by Chinese professional women.The basic ideas and innovation of this paper:the state and the problem--the reason--the countermeasure.Ignored by the summary of occupation women's equal employment rights equality,occupation development rights are trampled and the role conflict of ethical dilemmas injustice problem in our country,and then from the uniqueness of women's natural role and social role,the employers neglect of socialresponsibility on economic benefits,one-sided pursuit of women's rights,the social security is not perfect,the traditional concept of social roles of men and women responsibility unfair position,professional women's lacking of self-awareness and self-reliance to analyze the reasons.For the above reasons,the paper put forward a series of measures which breakthrough occupation women facing workplace injustice in current China to protect women's rights in place,such as strengthen and develop the socialist concept of justice propaganda,change ideas of traditional gender roles,improve women's level of education of,promote women's self-consciousness,punish recruitment discrimination,strengthen the social responsibility of the employer consciousness and improve the social security system.
