Research On The Citizenship Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers From The Perspective Of Equalization Of Public Cultural Services

Since the "13th Five-Year Plan",China's economic and social development has made great achievements,cultural prosperity and development,cultural undertakings continue to move to a new level,public cultural service system can also be initially established.The new generation of migrant workers a s an important part of the migrant workers group,with older migrant workers more strongly into the city's desire,while the desire for culture is greater,but they did not enjoy the same city public citizenship resources,cultural life forms generally so lidified and single,which seriously hindered their citizenization at the cultural level.In the face of the above situation,we should raise our awareness and understand that the participation of the new generation of migrant workers in the construction o f public cultural services will create a good cultural environment for them to improve their living and live in the city life.But also to integrate the existing public cultural service resources and the new generation of migrant workers into the urban pub lic cultural service system.It is also an important way for a new generation of migrant workers to realize the urbanization of the new generation of migrant workers,which will promote the social integration,promote the improvement of urban and rural areas and the comprehensive construction of well-off society.This paper attempts to explore the issue of citizenization of the new generation of migrant workers from the perspective of equalization of public cultural services,which is divided into five pa rts.The first part introduces the background of the topic selection,that is,the new generation of migrant workers in the city can not enjoy the equalization of public cultural services,which seriously hindered its urbanization process,and then pointed out the significance of the topic,including theoretical significance and Practical significance,but also sort out the domestic and foreign theoretical research related to the status quo.Then the second part of the basic concepts and related theories involved to sort out the new generation of migrant workers,public cultural services such as the definition of the connotation of a number of detailed explanation,and put forward a number of cultural identity and the content of this article closely related theory.O n the basis of this,the third part points out the importance of the equalization of public cultural services to the urbanization of the new generation of migrant workers,that is,the equalization of public cultural services is conducive to the recognition of the new generation of migrant workers on urban culture,and cultural identity will be strong promote the process of its citizens.And then illustrates the real possibility of the equalization of public cultural services to the new generation of migrant workers.Then the fourth part points out that the new generation of migrant workers,especially the cultural status of the popularization of the status quo is not optimistic,the current cenozoic migrant workers met a certain predicament,specifically in the low level of government services,lack of public cultural services and the new generation migrant workers' cultural consumption capacity is not high,cultural life content monotonous,their quality and enthusiasm is not high and so on.Finally,the fifth part puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the new generation of migrant workers from the perspective of the equalization of public cultural services,that is,to change the government function,narrow the income gap and improve the public financial system,increase the diversity of public cultural services and enhance the enthusiasm of the new generation of migrant workers to participate in public cultural activities,and so on,which promote the new generation of migrant workers fro m the cultural level to achieve the public has a certain inspiration.
