Zhang Qianyi's Poetic Study

Zhang Qianyi,literary theorist,prose writer and poet at the beginning of the the Qing dynasty,who has made great achievements in the fields of poetry,prose and criticism.This paper is mainly based on his poetic works Jian Zhai Notes on Poetry,with Jian Zhai selected Poems,to study the background of his poetic theory,poetic style theory,the theory on poems composition and the theory of poetic critique,in order to show the significance and theoretical value of Zhang Qianyi's poetic theory.This thesis is divided into three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction mainly includes the significance of the study of Zhang Qianyi's poetic theory,the present research situation and the research plan of the paper.The conclusion is a relatively comprehensive and objective evaluation of Zhang Qianyi's poetic theory.The body part is the main part of the thesis,including four chapters,which introduces the background of Zhang Qianyi's poetic theory,the theory of poetic style,the theory on poems composition and the theory of poetic critique.The first chapter mainly discusses the background of Zhang Qianyi's poetic theory.Zhang Qianyi emphasizes the application of poetry methods in poetry creation.At the same time,he attached importance of the inner spirit and style of poetry,especially praised the style and feature of Qing,mild,cultured and restrained,which can be regarded as the reasonable absorption of verve theory.Zhang Qianyi spent most of his life in his hometown in JiaoDong,his poetic thought is not only affected by the Qilu culture and JiaoDong Peninsular Region Culture,but also has a certain relationship with his family culture.The second chapter discusses Zhang Qianyi's poetry style theory.The pursuit of Zhang Qianyi's poetic style is similar to the theory of verve,among them,Qing,mild and cultured and restrained are the most precious.At the same time,he put forward the poem to Wenya,but also the beauty of the free from vulgarity,emphasizing that human beings should maintain a warm feeling,even though he has vast knowledge,but also insist on naive.Finally,Zhang Qianyi expatiatd thirteen kinds of poetic style of poetry in Twenty-four poetry,which represented by“Chenzhu”.The third chapter discusses Zhang Qianyi's theory on poems composition.Zhang Qianyi thought it is necessary to make sure that the meaning of poetry become the first one,to define the poetic meaning,and to pay attention to the existence of “Shenli” in the poem.Secondly,the poetry creation requires the poem to have the “Qigu”,the more it conserves,the better it become.Finally,Zhang Qianyi summed up dozens of diction,sentence structure and methodicalness,flexible use of public law on poetry in the Jian Zhai Notes on Poetry.The fourth chapter discusses Zhang Qianyi's poetry criticism theory.Zhang Qianyi also has his own characteristics in poetry criticism,the first is to consider the poet's character to judge the merits of poetry,mind,grade,temperament,moral level are all the scope of Zhang Qianyi.Second,because good at painting,Zhang Qianyi always reviews poetry in terms of calligraphy and painting,such as Longmen style of writing and Eight principles of Yong.Third,pay attention to distinguish poetry genre.In the period of Zhang Qianyi's theory of poetic critique,he will always be able to identify the poetic style,which is different from each other.
