Research On Zhu Tingzhen's Poetic Thoughts

Zhu Tingzhen is the representative character of the regional poet in the late Qing Dynasty in the field of poetry criticism.This paper is mainly based on his poetic works“Xiaoyuan Notes on Poetry” and “Mu Qing Tang shi chao”.In this paper,the author makes an in-depth analysis on three parts: the formation of Zhu Tingzhen's poetics,the construction of the poetic system,the interest of the poetic criticism and the theory of poetic method.Besides,it can gaze at the significance of Zhu Tingzhen's poetics to the poetics of Qing Dynasty.The thesis is divided into three parts: the introduction,the text and the epilogue.The introduction mainly includes the research status,research method and innovation point of Zhuozhen's poetics.The conclusion is the general and objective evaluation of Zhu tingzhen's poetics system.The mainly part of the thesis consists of four chapters: the origin of Zhu Tingzhen's poetic thought,the poetic view,the poetic criticism and the theory of poetic method.The first chapter is the discussion of the background of the thought of Zhu Tingzhen's poetics.Zhu Tingzhen's poetics is the regional representation of the traditional poetics,and has laid a theoretical foundation for the absorption and transformation of the Chinese Confucian poetics discourses into the formation of his poetics.Beside,The most part of Zhu's life is in the south of Yunnan,and this article also gain experience from the Family poetics,and it has an important influence on the formation of his poetics thought with many factors such as the communication with many Yunnan's friends.The second chapter mainly discusses the poetry view of Zhu Tingzhen: positive and subjective disposition.On the one hand,he stressed the importance of the “tender and gentle temperament” to the poetry.He take the words such as “elegant” and “Ya Yin”as the carrier to promoting his aesthetic criticism.On the other hand,he discussed the main disposition of the poem.He put the words of “disposition” withthe “true meaning of nature”and creatively pursued the truth of being rational and free to cast.In the end,Zhu tingzhen also discussed the basis of the concept of“positive”and “disposition”: Cultivate knowledge and exercise intellect.The third chapter discusses Zhu Tingzhen's view of poetics criticism.First of all,from Zhu Tingzhen's specific comments on the poet's poems,we can choose to analyze his literary development view which respects the Han and Tang dynasties.Secondly,on the standard of poetry,he took respect for ancient poems of Han dynasties and Tang dynasties as the basic standard.He also absorb the knowledge of the Song poetry,and had a new reflection on the creation of Qing poetry.Finally,in the pursuit of the poetic beauty,through the capture of poetic elements such as“nature”,“Qi”,“thick” and “taste”,the author interprets the poet's aesthetic ideal of pursuing the beauty of nature which is super-wonderful,gloomy,and tactful.The fourth chapter is the study of Zhu Tingzhen's poetic theory.Zhu Tingzhen's theory of poetry method is a revision and relearning of traditional poetry methods.His poetic thought mainly manifests itself in three aspects.Firstly,poetry creation should be correct,and then advocates the approach of “understanding and seeking the method”and “universal understanding”.Secondly,in the creative skills,he stressed on the topic,and the title must be suit parataxis.He pays attention to using allusions flexibly;Thirdly,He summarizesthe style of ancient poetry and the theory of poetic method in detail.
