The literature and academicof adherents of Ming dynasty has always been one of hot topics in the study of Ming and qing dynasties.In literature,their previous research most focus on the poets,and the study of Ming dynasty prose is relatively weak,in addition to some great prose writers like Qian Qianyi,Zhang Dai,Wei Xi received sufficient attention,many others' proses and some prose writers,still did not get enough attention,The research of theseadherents' proses research is still at the begining stage.Mao Xiang is one of the most influential prose writer of the group,his prose contains rich contents,and got multiple styles.However,beside his prose Ying Mei An Yi Yu,onther proses has not got full attention of academic circles,academic research on Mao Xiang prose,the study of his prose has no integrity.Mao Xiang lived through the demise of the Ming dynasty and qing dynasty set up to consolidatecontrol,in fact,if we take Mao Xiang for clues to the investigation of the late Ming dynasty prose development,we can clearly see their prose in the late Ming dynasty prose occupy an important position.Based on MaoXiang's prose as the research object,We take Pu Chao Wen Ji,Chao Ming Wen Xuan and Tong Ren Ji as the main literature information.and make references to The Chronicle Biography of Mr Mao Chao Ming and Rugao County Chronicle,strive to fully demonstrate Mao Xiang's prose creation.Therefore,except the introduction and conclusion,the thesis is divided into four chapters.First chapter is the analysis of the background of Mao Xiang's prose creation,the first section firstly from the ideological background of Buddhism during the late of Ming dynasty to explore Confucianism,Buddhism,Taoism bring important influence Mao Xiang's prose.The second section introduces the family factors indispensable role in Mao Xiang's prose creation.The third section illustrates the Mao Xiang special period of the Ming qing dynasty social status,to MaoXiang prose creation environment analysis.The content of the second chapter studies Mao Xiang's prose,based on his proses's theme,we divid them into five parts:sighting,appreciatecurio,humanenes salvation and poems and essays's coments.Trying to make Mao Xiang's prose an overall exploration.The third chapter focus on analyzing the characteristics of Mao Xiang's prose,mainly from the perceptual and the rational interweave,blend the characteristics of the two analysis,refined and vulgar Mao Xiang's prose artistic features.The fourth chapter discusses the historical position and influence Mao Xiang's prose,point out the indispensable role of the Mao Xiang's prose in late Ming dynasty and eariy Qing dynasty's prose histroy,and also trying to excavate the influece of Mao Xiang's prose and his creation activity on the late Ming dynasty prose development.
