In recent years,with the prosperous development of cultural recreation industry and the increasing number of fan groups, idolatry becomes a widely existing social hot issue and phenomenon,which has more and more influences on the behavior decision of fans.Tourism behavior caused by chasing after idols attracts people's attention. Moreover, in the field of minor tourism,a tour upsurge featured by star chasers is formed,thus bringing a new growth point for tourism economy in the special tour project market. This thesis takes representative Korean fad fans in China as research object, and then uses document analysis, in-depth interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, structural equation model and other qualitative and quantitative methods to research the features and influence factors of Korean fad fans' tourism intention to Korea in the context of idolatry subculture. On the basis of reviewing domestic and foreign researches about idolatry,tourism intention and celebrity fans travel,this thesis introduces the concepts of idolatry subculture, fans' tourism intention and Korean fad fans as well as illustrates fan economy theory, meaning transformation theory, involvement degree theory and other theoretical bases. Chinese Korean fad fans being selected as empirical research objects, this thesis uses investigation data obtained from in-depth interview and questionnaire surveys to carry out following analysis and research: Firstly, this thesis analyzes the features of Korean tourism intention of Korean fad fans; secondly,a theoretical model which takes involvement degree of idolatry, tourism destination image and tourism intention as research variables is built. By utilizing the structural equation model, the influence factors of Korean tourism intention of Korean fad fans are analyzed, based on which, the influence path and influence degree of the interaction among three variables are discussed. Lastly,according to above conclusion, countermeasures to the development of tourism under Chinese fans economic background are proposed from the perspectives of tourism market and tourism supervision departments,with a view to promote the better development of Chinese cultural recreation industry and tourism industry.Major research conclusions in this research are as below: (1) Features of Korean fad fans: Most of the fans are young girls, whose behaviors are group-based and have uniform objectives; (2) Features of Korean fad fans' tourism motivation to Korea: The tourism motivation is simple and strong--to chase after idols is the largest impetus; (3) Features of Korean fad fans'tourism decision making: Fans prefer self-help travel or half self-helptravel to Korea together with other fans. The travel time has strong randomness; (4)Features of Korean fad fans' tourism to Korea: The space and time decision of tourism to Korea are greatly influenced by their idols, with strong idolatry subculture property; (5)Features of Korean fad fans' consumption intention in Korea: Tourism consumption level is generally high. The shopping goal is clear and intensive; (6) The difference in gender is obvious. The influences of idol factor on male fans are quite small; (7) The result of structural equation model shows that different idolatry involvement degrees will have different influences on the cognitive images of destinations, emotional images and tourism intention. Medium or high level idolatry involvement degrees will generate tourism intention. The cognitive images of destinations has a significant influence on the emotional image,while both of them will have remarkable impacts on fans' tourism intention.Besides, the emotional image has a greater influence on tourism intention.Research result reveals the features of Korean fad fans' tourism intention to Korea.Then in-depth quantitative analysis is carried out to analyze the influence factors of Korean fad fans' tourism intention to Korea,which is of great theoretical value and practical significance to the development of Chinese fans' tourism under the background of fan economy.
