Guy Ernest Debord's theory of Spectacle Ideology is a unique theory of social criticism in the face of the new situation in the new world. Debord thinks that we have entered into a "Media Age"' which contrasts Marx's "Commodity Society" and puts forward two philosophical named "Spectacle" and "Spectacle Society". He pointing out that with the development of capitalism so far, the world has completed from the"accumulation of goods "to" huge accumulation of landscape "change, completed by the" commodity society " to" Spectacle society "change, "Along with this,The society led by production has become one led by consumption. With ideas goven everything in the society, ideology has no longer needed to hide itself, and it Materializes into Spectacle Ideology. Therefor, the most effective revolutionary approach to subversive Spectacles has changed from the class struggle of the past to the capitalist economy and the political system to "the Revolution of Daily life".This thoery has created a way of the criticism of ideology, and it contains dimension that ideological criticism is often obscured-the unconsciousness of ideology. Meanwhile,The theory of "separation" is not only the inheritance and development of Marx's alienation theory, but also has a profound influence on the development of the theory of Symbolic Society. However, the instant artistic revolution of daily life has not touched the political and economic relations behind capitalist society, and is doomed to eventually end up as a cultural Utopia.Nevertheless, Debord's theory still has the theoretical significance of Spectacle Ideology deeply, at the same time, it can also provide important realistic enlightenment for the construction of ideology of our country.
