David Hockney(1937-)is known as "Britain's most famous living artist",was named the queen Elizabeth honor,(1997),received a "lifetime achievement award of the occupation"(2003).He was a painter and photographer,as well as an etching artist,draftsman,and designer.In the past 30 years of artistic career,he vowed to exploring various camera diverse ways of working and photography works in various forms.The representative achievements in 1980 s he created a series of unique "PhotoCollagePaintings",these works as he himself said: "through this kind of work,I mainly want to re let people see the things I paint."
