Guan Liang's Dramatic Figure Painting Research

The Chinese painting in the 20 th century was influenced by the western painting style.Liu Haisu,Xu Beihong,Lin Fengmian,Ding Yanyong,Zhu Qizhan and many other Chinese artists who studied western painting returned to China,and Guan Liang was one of them.Special background of the times created a new trend of change in Chinese painting for the development of Chinese painting has injected fresh blood.On the one hand,the artists absorb a large number of foreign art,on the one hand,based on the sensitive background of the times,and strive to national awakening,carry forward the traditional culture of the nation,trying to rely on the power of art to enhance and strengthen national self-confidence.He studied traditional Chinese literature and literature,practiced calligraphy and hobbied drama.He studied painting in his spare time,followed by Takeshi Fujishima and Nakamura,who studied music in his spare time.After returning home,Guan Liang in the process of teaching college to get to know Huang Binhong,Liu Haisu,Pan Tianshou and other Chinese painter,opened his painting study and creation of the road.Rich learning and growing experience broadened his horizons,and provided new ideas for his figure painting creation,and created a unique drama figure figure painting.This paper tries to find out the reasons for its success by studying the style of Guan Liang 's unique figure painting in order to obtain some reference for the future creation of figures to provide practical and effective help.
