The Sketch Of "Chang'an Painting School" And Its Influence On Contemporary Painting

“ChangAn Painting School",rose and rapidly developed in the 1950s to 1960s of the 20th century,have had significant influence on the history of Chinese contemporary paints.The art concept of“ChangAn Painting School" aims at loving life,understanding on life,confronting life and face reality.It also explores the diversity of painting subject in northwestern of China.The early aesthetic concept of "Chang An Painting School" is that"hardworking-oriented".Later,it proposed "paint to life,but not live to paint",which plays a leading role in innumerable painters.The study of this thesis aims at the rise and evolution process of "ChangAn Painting School" sketch view.In this thesis,influences for succeed painters on painting subject and technique of expression are concluded.By the method of documentary analysis,product analysis and comparative study,the author teased out the pioneering and innovation of painting forms of Cui Zhenkuan and Luo Ping'an,which taking loess plateau as the subject.Represented in painting of Xinjiang local customs and practices;Huang Zhou and Xu Shuzhi expressed the nature of sketch with freshness and spirituality,and continued to highlighting the spirit of Zhao Wangyun's sketch view of painting;Furthermore,painters such as Guo Quanzhong and Wang Youzheng who used labouring people as creative themes for Chinese painting,which continued to confirm the proposed sketch view of "ChangAn Painting School".Meanwhile,influences on contemporary painting style and theory has been explained.At last,the author summarizes enlightenments and influences from painting based on sketch view of "ChangAn Painting School".
