Yan Lianke is a very remarkable writer in contemporary Chinese literary circle, to get full comprehensively of Yan Lianke's creation,We found that he was very good at describing the disease. The disease narration is very varied in Yan Lianke's novel,through the disease narration,he presents the attention to reality in front of the readers.This article attempts to discuss the state of presentation of disease narration in Yan's novels using the notion of disease and probe into the causes and significance of disease narrationbased on Yan's novels.The text is divided into six parts:The introduction is to summarizes the research status of Yan's novels and the theoretical origin of disease narration; and summarizes the context of disease narrative in Chinese modern and contemporary literature.The first chapter is to explore the Narration of Yan Lianke 's Novels,to classify the diseases in Yan Lianke's novels, which is divided into three categories: fatal disease,physical disability and mental illness. And, based on the theory of disease metaphor,explore the metaphorical connotation behind these diseases.The second chapter is to analyzes the unique narrative tactics used in the narrative of Yan Lianke's novel.The third chapter is to explore the narrative of the deep causes of disease, from Yan Lianke's own disease experience, morbid social status and national history of pain three aspects to explore.The last chapter is to focuse on the value of the narrative of Yan Lianke's novels ,which from the three dimensions of aesthetic value, humanistic value and historical value. It explores the writer's concern for reality and explores the unique value of its disease narrative in Chinese contemporary literary history.The conclusion is to summarize the significance of this study, and the current Yan Lianke novel narrative of the limitations of the disease to make a statement.
