Research On Tibetan Arts And Crafts In Pamuzhupa Period

This paper aims to discuss the overview,development and artistic style of the arts and crafts in the period of Phagmodrupa dynasty in Tibet.Taking temporal social background as as the main clue,this paper comprehensively documents the historical course,the representative works,textures,functions,cultural patterns and other aspects of arts and crafts in the period of Phagmodrupa dynasty in Tibet,thus to restore the style,texture and the hidden cultural values of arts and crafts,and set forth their cultural values of social history,technology,applied art,aesthetic culture and so on.From the professional perspective of the discipline of arts and crafts,this paper represents the arts and crafts in the period of Phagmodrupa dynasty in Tibet which combines historical,intellectual,academic,pragmatic and aesthetic features together.At last,this paper represents the glory of spiritual civilization and material civilization reflected by Tibet arts and crafts in the period of Phagmodrupa dynasty to the world.From the perspectives of political situation,economic background and cultural background of Tibet in the period of Phagmodrupa dynasty,this paper reviews the historical background and social background of Tibet arts and crafts systematically and comprehensively.Meanwhile,in this context,this paper gives an overview to the communication,combination and evolution between Ming dynasty and the Tibet in the period of Phagmodrupa dynasty.This paper gives a research on the main skill types and cultural types of the arts and crafts in the period of Phagmodrupa dynasty in Tibet,as a result,the overview of those arts and crafts at that time can be concluded.This involves artistic aspects of metal casting,cloth art,clothing,wood carving,stone carving,bone carving,porcelain production and mask making.Among these,crafts such as metal casting,cloth art and clothing are being emphasized.In addition,under the guidance of references,this paper discusses and reviews the characteristics of these arts and crafts in aspects of texture,shape,sculpture and so on.At last,under the basis of the discovery of the achievements in former dynasty inherited by those arts and crafts in the period of Phagmodrupa dynasty,this paper shows cultural types of the social history,science technology and aesthetic culture of the arts and crafts in the period of Phagmodrupa dynasty in Tibet.From the perspective of history,religion,and ethnology,this paper analyzes the development situation of Tibet arts and crafts influenced by the policy of administering Tibet “More Fief and Jointly Establishment” in Ming dynasty.By the description of quantity increase of religious supplies and the similarity of aesthetic style to religious utensils,this paper aims to reflects the development situation and the formation of artistic style of the arts and crafts in Tibet which were influenced by the “More Fief and Jointly Establishment” policy.In the process of analysis,this paper also pays attention to discuss the factors that caused the alternation of style and its' background.Taking the arts and crafts in the period of Phagmodrupa dynasty in Tibet as the entry point of studying regional culture and aiming at disseminating Tibet ethnic culture,the research reflects objectively the situation of the arts and crafts at that time.This not only has theoretical guidance to practitioners of this profession,but also has reference values to scholars who love collecting and discovering Tibet development.Moreover,this plays a very important role in the formation and development of the history Chinese arts and crafts and occupies important position in the Chinese diplomacy history.
