In the 21 st century,countries in the world have paid more attention to the development of cultural industry.Both the developed countries and the developing countries have paid more attention to the development of cultural industry and the development of cultural creative industry.China has also started to develop the cultural creative industries.Cultural creative industry has become a new economic growth of the new industry in years.Cultural creative industry has the features of high knowledge and high value-added,contributing to the growth of the national economy,has a significant impact on the Chinese culture "going out".This paper makes a preliminary analysis and research on the present situation of Chinese cultural creative products.The results show that: First,the export of Chinese cultural creative products has been growing steadily in years,although the export growth was affected by the financial crisis in 2009.Second,Chinese cultural creative product contains seven types of goods,Chinese cultural creative products accounted for the world market share is mainly distributed in the crafts,design,new media.Third,in terms of the total cultural creative products trade structure of goods,the design has the largest share of China's total cultural and creative products export products,about 70%.While some high cultural value,high value-added products,such as performing arts,publications,audio and video,the proportion has been very low,less than 2%.Based on the above basic analysis,this paper uses the export data of Chinese cultural creative products and 79 trade countries from 2003 to 2012,and uses the extended trade gravity model to analyze the influencing factors of Chinese cultural creative products export by Tobit's empirical analysis.Using the more accurate cultural distance to analyze the influent factors of Chinese cultural creative products exports and different types of cultural creative products exports.The results show that the cultural distance has a negative impact on the overall export of Chinese cultural creative products.The cultural distance has different effects on the export of different types of Chinese cultural creative products.In particular,cultural distance has a hindrance to handicrafts,performing arts,and visual arts exports,these products contain high cultural personalities,so public needs to have a better understanding of the culture background,and as a result,the cultural distance has a hindrance effect;Although the Audio visuals and design have a certain degree of mass consumer,its trade and consumption is still the traditional model,so the cultural distance has a negative impact on the product export.Similarly,cultural distance also has a negative impact on the publication product because the publication is expressed by paper or other tangible objects,its trade and consumption are also the traditional model.Finally,according to the empirical analysis,this paper supplies some suggestions on the export of Chinese cultural creative products.
