In recent years,global economic growth has been slow,generally in a low growth,low inflation and weak recovery of the situation.The structural reform and structural adjustment is the global economy to face the common problem.In 2011,China's per capita GDP exceeded 5,000 US dollars.In accordance with international experience,China's cultural industry was going to usher in a good opportunity for development from that time.In this context,Colorful Guizhou Cultural Industry Development Center has completed the reform,to become a important cultural enterprises,which is Colorful Guizhou Cultural Industry Group Co.,Ltd..So developing the strategy of the group company has become a first priority,which as the important starting point for the Guizhou government to develop the cultural industry.This paper has summarized the theory of enterprise development strategy and the theory of cultural industry by using the literature analysis method,and studied the development strategy of the group company based on these theories.First of all,this paper has clarified the status of the group through the field interviews.Secondly,this paper has analyzed the overall environment and industry environment of the group company by using PEST and Michael Porter's Five Forces Model,and clarified the industrial development opportunities of the group company: large data application service industry,travel goods industry,culture exhibition industry,culture finance industry.Thirdly,this paper has analyzed the resources,capability and core competence of the group company,and used the SWOT model to make a deep analysis of the group company,and clarified the advantages and disadvantages of the group company,as well as the opportunities and threats.Fourth,the paper has designed the vision and mission,short-term,medium-term and long-term strategic objectives of the group company and its four major business units.Fifth,the paper has designed the corporate-level strategy and business-level strategy of group company and its four major business units,and finally has given the measures to implement the strategy.
