This paper takes the study of the one-on-one teaching status of Chinese learners in Xi'an as the core,points out the problems in teaching and puts forward the corresponding strategies and teaching design.The first chapter is the introduction,introduces the research background,the research purpose and the significance,the research content and the method,and has summarized the research of the previous researchers in the related field.The second chapter studies the present situation of one-to-one teaching of Korean Chinese learners in Xi'an,mainly from the aspects of curriculum,teaching materials,class hours,teaching methods and teacher management.On this basis,it is pointed out that there are some problems in the organization management,teachers,teaching materials and learners of the Chinese language training institutions in Xi'an,including the imperfect teaching system,the flawed teacher management system,the uneven level of teachers,the single type of teaching materials Practicality and fun,students learning enthusiasm and other issues.The third chapter is a study on the one-to-one Chinese teaching needs of Chinese learners in Korea,and studies the Chinese language demand of 102 Korean one-to-one learners from three Chinese language training institutions in Xi'an.From the target needs and learning needs Two aspects summarize the learners' Chinese language needs.In the fourth chapter,based on the analysis of the problems of Korean students' one-on-one teaching and the analysis of Chinese students' one-to-one Chinese language needs in the current Chinese language training institutions in Xi'an,from the "teaching institutions","teachers" and "learners" Four aspects of the proposed strategy,and for South Korea one to one learners to complete the teaching design.Finally,the author makes a systematic summary of the whole paper and reconsiders the shortcomings of the article.
