The Aesthetic Characteristics Of The Wei And Jin Landscapes Have Changed

The aesthetic culture of landscape in Wei and Jin Dynasties is an important part of the development of ancient Chinese natural esthetics,marking the arriving of a conscious era of landscapes aesthetic.Based on the historical background and philosophical development background,this paper starts from the analyzing of the landscape literaturein Wei and Jin Dynasties,and comprehensively examines the aesthetic thoughts and aesthetic experience of the four stages of the Wei and Jin Dynasties,and discusses the characteristics and developing-vein of the aesthetic culture of the landscape during the Wei and Jin Dynasties.This article is divided into four parts,namely,Jian'an and Zhengshi and Taikang and Yonghe as the time sign,discussing the literati'slandscape aesthetic characteristics at the beginning of Wei,at the alternating of Wei and Jin dynasties,at the Western Jin Dynasty,and at the Eastern Jin Dynasty.This paper makes a detailed study about the aesthetic development of the landscape in each stage from the aspects of the opportunity and momentof the landscape's appearing as aesthetic object,and the ways and characteristics of the literati's appreciation of the landscape.Through the study of the aesthetic activities of the literati in the Wei and Jin Dynasties,elaborating the aesthetic development of each stage's landscape-enjoying and the different role in the formation of aesthetic culture.The first chapter of the paper centers around Jian'an,examining the Yexia tour of the Jian'an literati group headed by Cao family,and discussing the independent posture of the landscape aesthetic established by Jian'an literati,and their pioneering work in landscape appreciation.In the second chapter,the bamboo tour of the famous group headed by Ji Kang and Ruan Ji is the focus,expounding the development and extension of the lofty ideals and realm of the landscape appreciation.The third chapter,investigating the Jingu tour sponsored by 24-friends led by Shi Chong and Pan Yue,discusses the enriching of perceptual representation of landscape by the literati in the Taikang period,and the development and innovation of the appreciation mode in the period of the Western Jin Dynasty.The fourth chapter takes Yonghe as the center,and focuses on the Lanting tour,which is led by Xie An and Wang Xizhi in the Eastern Jin Dynasty.They summarized and purified predecessors' aesthetic experience,and built the culture structure of the scholars' appreciation of landscapes,and end with abrief analysis of Xie Lingyun's Landscape aesthetic activities and poetic creation.The full text makes the most representative aesthetic activities of the landscape in the different stages of Wei and Jin Dynasties as the starting point,from the Jian'an literati and the West Park,and Zhengshi's bamboo grove,and men of letters' Jingu in Taikang,and the Lanting in the Eastern Jin Dynasty,showing the Wei and Jin'sliterati's contacting,and exchanges and merging with nature in all stages,as well as the scholars' different realms of life whichthey achieved in the process of touching and associating with natural landscape by aestheticexperience.
