Research On The Operation Mechanism Of The China Art Foundation

Art foundation is an important mechanism to promote the development of culture and art in a country or region.After years of appeal and brewing,China National Arts Fund was established and operated,which promoted the development of art foundation,also triggered the attention of the academic circles for the art foundation.Based on the systematic analysis of the evolution of the Chinese art foundation,this paper makes an in-depth study on the operation mechanism of art foundation funded by the government,the private art foundation under official help and the private art foundation.Art foundation funded by the government and the private art foundation under official help play an important role in the art foundation system of our country,which help to promote the transformation of government functions and the formation of scientific art support system.In addition,the private art foundation is an important part of our art fund system,but also need to become better.The author believes that the development and prosperity of culture and art can not be separated from the perfection of the art foundation.The art foundation is a kind of everlasting,professional and open mode of art funding.The healthy development of the art foundation depends not only on the internal operation mechanism,but also depends on the relationship between the various stakeholders.Only the government,enterprises,and other social forces mobilized actively,to promote the diversification and the system of the art foundation,so as to make the foundation to promote the prosperity and development of culture and art,to achieve its social influence.
