In The Early Qing Dynasty, The Study Of Wang Fuzhi, Mao Qiling And Li Guangdi's Music Theory

The Qing Dynasty was a feudal dynasty ruled by the Han nationality.The only spiritual persistence of the Han literati in the early Qing Dynasty was the Confucian spirit.Therefore,this era is the birth of many scholars.Wang Fuzhi,Mao Qiling,Li Guangdi three is the age of the thinker,the leader,they thought about music speech,not only scattered in their classics works,but also left a "theory of music" monograph,the impact of this era,influenced later music culture.Throughout their academic research achievements,their musical thoughts are mainly embodied on poetry,rites and temperament.Three points were included in their musical poetry thoughts.First,poetry could express ideals,in which Wang Fuzhi,Li Guangdi took "poetry and expression were one "as roots,emphasizing that only when expression,poetry,chant,rhythm were combined,the social efficacy of " Poetry expressing ideals " can be achieved.Secondly,the difference between poetry and music was that poetry and music existed independently,the meanings of poetry and music were different.Moreover,there were also the discussion called" moan without pain",which were mainly the discussion of the theory of "both the poetry and voice of Zheng and Wei were the moan without pain in Zhu Xi’s <poetry collection>.Wang Fuzhi,Mao Qingling thought "The voice of Zheng wasn’t his poetry." While Li Guangdi believed that "The poetry of moaning without pain can either be voiced through music,or not throug music." Thirdly,there was debate about whether the Sheng poems had actual meanings or not,among which Mao Qingling thought they had real meanings with sufficient evidence to support.He thought that <Rites > came out late,which couldn’t give much support combining <Zhou rite> <The Book of History>,he suggested that Sheng was poetry,Sheng was music.Ritual thoughts mainly covered the debates on musical education and the difference between current and ancient music.It was demonstrated in the musical thoughts of <Music > and < Mencius >.Temperament theory mainly expanded from " Invention of twelve Lulu,sound device number",many of which had a discussion of Cai Yuanding’s temperament.Musical thoughts of the three people is combining the theory of music by studying the thought and theory of music thoughts,and centered on traditional Confucian thoughts around the son and Zhu,is the inheritance and development of the academic tradition.To a certain extent,it also reflected the main argument of classists on music in the whole Qing Dynasty.
